At Marks Clothing, we stand behind the quality of our family apparel and workwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our men’s work boots, women’s shoes, baby clothing, or any other product, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt.
Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Final Sale Items: Socks & Underwear and clearance items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
Note for International Customers: As we ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please allow extra time for returns to reach our West Vancouver facility. Duties and taxes for international returns are the customer’s responsibility.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of receiving your items. Use the template below for quick processing.
- Wait for Authorization: Our West Vancouver team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or style changes):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (standard shipping rates apply)
- For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order and we’ll refund the original upon return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items (especially important for workwear and children’s clothing):

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect items and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a free return label and expedited replacement
