Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 CAD):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50 CAD):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Socks & Underwear
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your items. Include:
- Your order number
- Items to return (product name, size, color)
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our West Vancouver team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 4: Ship Your Return

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Step 5: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for processing. You’ll receive email confirmation once your return is processed.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or style changes):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (standard shipping rates apply)
For faster service, you may place a new order and we’ll refund the original upon return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items (especially important for workwear and children’s clothing):

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect items and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a free return label and expedited replacement
