5. Shipping Policy

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 CAD): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment with tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 CAD via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment with basic tracking

International Shipping

We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.

Shipping Address

You’re responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We’re not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Not final sale items (see section 3.3)

Return Process

  3. Package items securely with original packaging and tags

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return, credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges
